The hotel rooms are great with lots of space and lovely decor, making you feel like you're in a top-end room with minor adjustments. The service is amazing, very friendly and informative, going above and beyond. The location is excellent and near Chinatown, with some room for improvement in window maintenance. The dining experience is fantastic with options like the full Canadian Breakfast. Overall, a great stay with some minor room issues and the need for window maintenance.
The hotel offers quiet rooms with very comfortable beds and a friendly staff. The decor might need a refresh, but the view of the Calgary Tower is gorgeous. However, the shower over a bath setup might not suit everyone.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The large junior suite on the 14th floor had a stunning view of downtown, which was a real bonus. However, I was a bit surprised not to find a room safe, which most other hotels usually have.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its comfy and clean rooms offering great views, a brilliant shower, and a very comfy bed. Despite the ongoing renovation work, I could still enjoy a wonderful river view overlooking the city. The service was warm and welcoming from start to finish, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location was awesome, being near the city center and closer to Chinatown. However, being right beside a fire station could be a bit noisy at times. The dining experience at the Shoe and Canoe was good but could have more selection for the price. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay even more pleasant.
