The service is amazing, very friendly and informative, going above and beyond. The location is excellent and near Chinatown, with some room for improvement in window maintenance. The dining experience is fantastic with options like the full Canadian Breakfast. Overall, a great stay with some minor room issues and the need for window maintenance.
